2024 Lok Sabha Election Dates Announced

Election Schedule

The Election Commission of India (ECI) has announced the schedule for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The elections will be held in 7 phases with voting scheduled as follows:

• Phase 1: April 19, 2024
• Phase 2: April 26, 2024

Total Seats

A total of 272 seats are needed for a majority in the Lok Sabha.

Election Results

The results of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections will be announced on June 4, 2024, after the counting process is completed by the ECI.
