Qatar Airways and OneWorld Offer Enhanced Seat Selection for Economy Passengers
Front-of-Cabin Seating Now Available for Privilege Club Members
Qatar Airways and OneWorld have announced an enhanced seat selection option for Economy passengers, giving eligible members the ability to choose a seat located at the front of the Economy class cabin up to 72 hours before flight departure.
This new benefit is available to Privilege Club members who are traveling in Economy Comfort or Economy Convenience class and have booked their flights through the Qatar Airways website or mobile app.
To select a seat, members simply need to log in to their Privilege Club account, enter their e-ticket number, and choose their preferred seat from the available options.
The e-ticket number is a 13-digit number that can be found on the member's e-ticket. If a member has multiple tickets within the same booking, they will need to use the e-ticket number for the flight they are interested in.
Once a seat has been selected, it will be automatically assigned to the member's boarding pass. Members can then drop their baggage, collect their boarding pass, and proceed to the gate.
This new seat selection benefit is available at select airports around the world. A list of eligible airports can be found on the Qatar Airways website.
