The easiest way to fix this error is to disable the connection test. This can be done by modifying a registry key.

1. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
2. Type regedit and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
3. Navigate to the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections

4. In the right pane, double-click on the DefaultConnectionSettings value.
5. In the Value data field, change the value from 1 to 0.
6. Click OK to save the changes.
7. Close the Registry Editor and restart your computer.

The connection test should now be disabled and the error should no longer appear.
